Trygel Whitestone, approximately 36 years old. Information gatherer, treasure hunter. Single and intending to remain so for the time being.

Timeline[]

Early Years[]

There is very little information about Trygel's childhood. It is reported that she was born around the year -5, give or take some years, and was given the name Trygelline (she cut the name in half when coming of age). Grew up in Kharanos, and left home at around the year 20. She led a free life in Lordaeron, seeking treasures in all kinds of places, not caring much about politics. This treasure hunting gave her the basic stealth and survival skills.

Stormwind Rebuilt[]

After the events of the Third War, Lordaeron was not a safe haven anymore. This, along with the ever-growing need for working hands in the newly reestablished Kingdom of Stormwind, turned her attention south. While it was dangerous to traverse the lands alone seeking treasure, Trygel joined up with the newly formed SI:7. Her stealth skills and her knack of finding and acquiring information or items from tight spaces soon earned her the trust of her superiors and a quite sizable income (not counting the spoils of her hunt while getting her objectives for the SI:7). Successful missions provided large insight in Defias and Horde activity in the South, along with unmasking lesser criminals and acquirement of incriminating proof.

The rise of the Defias Brotherhood was a turn in her aspiring career. While she started out carrying out several missions, she could not very well call the Stonemason's demands unreasonable. Having lost her faith in the SI:7 command, she refused to accept the most promising mission of her career yet: Helping in the retaliation against the Brotherhood by showing the way to a strike force to their alleged base in Duskwood. Knowing that expressing this lack of faith could very well lead her former allies into having her under close investigation, she declined the mission under the excuse that she wanted to return to Dwarven lands and concerns. This earned her her dismissal from the SI:7 with good recommendations, a ruined career opportunity at the same time. The year is 29.

Months of Freedom[]

Several months passed, with Trygel returning to Ironforge, and studying under the Explorer's League. She invested her small fortune in several exploration missions, and was part of the Uldaman excavation team, until her right arm was almost cut off fighting a Dark Iron squad. This injury ended her interest in direct involvement: Trygel returned to Ironforge and asked for continuous reports. Later on she decides to dissociate herself from the mission completely: co-workers claim her being bored from the slow progress of the excavation; she is still sighted asking about it once in a while, however.

Joining the Mountaineers[]

The adventurous spirit had not quite left her; however. Fond memories of care-free days kept crawling back, and soon she is actively interested in returning to Lordaeron. Discussing this with Senator Stonehallow, she left off to join the Mountaineers 3rd Brigade, as Lordaeron proved to be too dangerous for a lone rider at its present state. Her recruitment gave her new vigor for adventuring, however she is still learning the stricter, more militaristic way of life compared to the more personal SI:7 way of acting.

Miss Whitestone is currently stationed in Dun Garok, as a warden to Erenia, a believed Embrace associate.

Family[]

Father: Rhode Whitestone, carpenter, died of old age. Mother: Tabithe Whitestone (senior). Alive, lives in Kharanos. Brothers: Fenthark and Kag Whitestone - twins. Kag died in the Battle of Grom Batol, Fenthark is currently missing, in search of Brann Bronzebeard. Trygel almost never talks about her brothers.

Prized Possessions[]

  • A goblin made compass, "aquired" from a Goblin Smuggler.
  • A small solar watch, gift of her brother.

  • A small notebook of no significant importance.
  • A silver chain around her neck, from which a silver disk is hanged with her name in Dwarven Runes.

History of the Dwarven race. Mild supporter of the Titan and Earthren theory. Quite comfortable in Common (written and spoken), even though she still has quite a dwarfish accent.

Attitude[]

Generally easy going. Trusting people. Smiling and inviting, however makes sure to show her uneasiness, and not confiding her innermost thoughts to almost anyone.
