Physical Traits[]
Cindy stands about an inch or so taller than her other gnomish counterparts, and you can tell that she knows how to use those weapons sitting at her hips. Lightly muscular and wiry, with stocky little legs and nimble fingers. Her hair is naturally black, but she has died it once or twice, and it is currently arranged in a long ponytail.
Garbed in tight-ish leathers, covered in straps and various gadgets, and almost always wearing her goggles. ALWAYS.

Engineering, specialising in Crossdiomorphic Refractional and/or Semi Distorionally Pinglespranger Field Science.
Gnomeregan Covert Ops operative; be it Assassination, tactical removal of items (Pick-pocketing) Reconaissance and Scouting, or general intrigue.
Family[]
Jimoro Springhammer (father)-- Missing, Presumed Dead.
(both Parents were likely lost during the Iradiation of Gnomeregan)
Mindy Electrozapper (mother)-- Missing, Presumed Dead.
Background[]
Steam survived the iradation of Gnomeregan, and evacuated to Ironforge along with the rest of the gnomish community. It was around this time that she sketchily finished off her qualifications as a Teleporter Technitian, operating a number of Teleporter Pads around the area. The growing Gnomeregan forces, specifically Covert Ops, took interested in this young gnome and her ability to drop troops in and out of areas rather quickly. She was recruited and spent a good deal of time hardening up in the foothills of Dun Morogh.
She first came to Stormwind under an investigation, looking at the gnomish community there, as per her job to moniter the Social Standing of the Gnomish people. She joined up with the GNOME to further her efforts and to her surprise, found herself quite enjoying the time spent there. She remains with the company, her original mission long since finished.
Family Background[]
Cindy was born around 60 or so years ago, and lived happily around the Gnomeregan/Ironforge area. Her parents owned a little Mechanostrider garage, fixing and renovating old Striders. To this day, Steam has dreams of giving it all up and setting up shop.
