Shila Bowshot is the surrogate daughter of Celegil and surrogate granddaughter of Ilaana Moonwatcher. She looks very young and has pale white hair. Of this day, she has no markings on her face or on other parts of her body. She is quite short in length. She is remarkably bright and his mostly accompanied by her Nightsaber pet which she calls 'Snuggles'. Shila is the example of total innocence. She had a very protected childhood. First in the care of Celegil, later by the community in Astranaar. Perhaps it is this that made her so innocent since she never saw real harm.

Background

Shila is often so happy that she screams and shouts around, making her mother feel uneasy.

Elandrial was born 179 years ago in Silithus. Her mother and father lived in a small village at the foot of the Gates of Ahn'Qiraij. When Elandrial was born, a large party was thrown in her honour since the birth of a Night Elf child is quite a rare happening. Sadly, a week after she was born, the village was massacred by a large attack of the Silith insects. Her father died in battle heroically, her mother became trapped under a collapsed wooden beam. If it wasn't for a young girl named Celegil dragging the baby out of the house, Elandrial wouldn't have made it.

Celegil, Shila and other survivors made a new camp far away from the ruined village. When the Sentinels arrived with reinforcements and Nightsabers to take the wounded to safety, Celegil decided that the baby would be much safer in Astranaar. With the help of a Huntress named Elandrial, the two travelled to Astranaar. During this time, Celegil took care of Shila the best she could despite being a child herself. Elandrial and Celegil befriended eachother and instead of heading straight back to Astranaar, the two and the baby travelled across the whole of Kalimdor for several months before finally heading to the Ashenvale Forest. There, Celegil and Elandrial parted ways. Shila and Celegil however remained in Astranaar. For decades, Celegil took care of Shila who in turn grew into a cheerful, happy girl. Sadly, when Celegil was left by her first mate, she decided to leave Shila behind as well. Shila wasn't happy of course but could understand her choice. After this, she was cared for by the community.

Shila has only recently joined the Sentinels after she heard about the many sisters that had fallen prey to the Orcs. She is however only a trainee and is stationed in Teldrassil.

Physical Traits and Personal Traits

Shila is about a head's length smaller then her surrogate mother Celegil. This is probably due to the fact she is not fully grown yet. She has plain silver eyes. She hasn't got that much muscle yet, but that is likely to come in the years that she will serve in the Sentinel Army. She is probably quite desirable for men because of her slim physique. Pity for them is that she does not like men all that much.

Shila's personality is very innocent. This is probably due to the fact she had a very protective raising in the arms of her mother. She loves to read, write and sing but also likes to be with her Nightsaber kitten Snuggles. She has been having quite a few temper tantrums the last couple of years. This is probably due to the fact she is in entering late adolescence. Just like her mother, she likes to explore the land, run through forests and swim through rivers.

Occupation

Shila has been hand raised by Celegil to become a Huntress. She can hunt for food and knows which herbs are useful and which ones are downright deadly. About a year ago, Shila was send to the Sentinel school in Astranaar to receive basic Sentinel training and equipment to become a Sentinel like her surrogate mother. Although Shila hates school and rules, she knows she must endure it if she ever hopes to serve in the Sentinel Army.

Strenghts

Total Innocence: Shila loves to help her fellow creatures of life. You will never see her do anything wrong or something that is against the law.

Healthy: Although being raised in poor conditions, it seems to have made Shila stronger to resist any kind of poison. She is full of life and energetic and can run for hours on end.

Weaknesses

Weak in Muscle Shila never really had to fight for her life. This made her muscles a bit weak and underdeveloped.

Early Adulthood: Shila has trouble with the switch from childhood into adolescence and early adulthood. She thinks all Kaldorei women are harmless and are like little Angels. She also has increasing temper tantrums against teachers in her school because she disapproves many of the rules that bind her to that place.

Criminal Record

Shila never harmed anyone. Not even a fly. Well..perhaps a few Boars and Deer that she had to hunt for food.
