This just came out today for wikis. Looks really good and would be much easier to track comments from user to user. I have implemented it for testing and since it is in the Labs it will be prone to some bugs.
Yeah it will be just like Facebook before we know it :( that being said tho I have have a conversation with someone and it is so much easier to track each comment.
